Me & My Son

 

Sigh,sigh,sigh... Ryan fell down yesterday while playing kite in the house. Yes..you read it right..he was playing his kite IN THE HOUSE.

 

Holding the kite & ran & then ...fell  face down..and then cried & cried..blood from the mouth...and..to my horror..nose also started to bleed. This is the worst nightmare ever..or maybe..not ever. I hv had worser nightmare than this one anyway..:(

 

He lips ..both upper & lower lips were torned. Blood oozing out...and he was crying like a baby..THEN..i saw blood from his nose...I thought to myself...Gosh..this is not good...I looked at him...and didnt know what to do...We quickly asked him to rinse his mouth with cold water & at the same time tried to stop the nose bleed. He was crying like a little baby..and telling us " pain..pain...".

 

I can tell you that my heart is like 100 times more pain than his pain......

 

But still, I hv to tell him it's ok, " God bless you , Ryan..U will be ok"

 

Right after the bleeding stop....he wanted to sleep..which I felt very uneasy with, cos it's been advised by 'books" that we should not let children who had just hv a fall to go into sleep. But ..he was crying & telling us he was tired...Partly bcos he has been playing the whole day... ( remember..now is school holiday.)

 

So, I hv no choice but let him take a rest. He went to sleep at 6pm & woke up around 730pm. He was himself again..as cute as ever..telling stories...and talking non stop.

 

Thank GOD.

 

Only thing is that his lips looks awful. Like suasage... :)

 

Would you still want to travel.....???? Look what happened to that French plane...and where is everybody ??? What happened really....????

 

Besides plane crashes....H1N1 too makes me think twice to travel with plane.

 

I guess..this year..we will not travel....and also becuase of ..we hv spent all our savings on the expensive house renovation, we have been cheated...sigh sigh sigh....

 

Can't reveal much..I will go crazy & utter some bad words......

 

Just one advise " Don't trust your neighbor..." 

 

 

I read about the latest ranking of Malaysia's richest persons.

 

If I have just 1% of what the number one has...all my troubles now will be no troubles. But maybe..then, I will have some other troubles.

 

Life is just ......ironic ? Crazy ? .....I dont know....do you ?

 

I wonder, how would Ryan face life........

 

I hope he has a more optimistic view than me.

 

 

 

Yesterday...all my troubles seemed so far away.........

 

Sometimes...being too trusting is stupidity.

 

I do sound pessimistic....

 

We bought a new house. It's now been renovated. It has been under renovation since 3rd March...It's a small renovation but it seems like never ending.

 

Guess we have got suprememly slow contractor to do our job. He hass alot of complaints. He would come tell us problems that he should solve for us, but instead..he troubles us. I am going crazy. And the amount of money we have to fork out to pay him...It's headache & heartache....Seeing our beautiful home turn into a warzone....

 

And I am really really tired. I AM REALLY x1m tired.

 

God..please help me.

 

It's like a mother's instinct.....

 

I was overjoyed by the news that my friend is finally pregnant for the second time.

 

She is Ryan's pre-school mate's mom. We got to know each other because of her son & my son.

 

It's so strange sometimes that..strangers can be friends...The world is round..guess that's why.

 

I was with Ryan then, went to her shop to buy something...we chatted because of our two boys...I was finding pre-school fro Ryan, she recommended me where her son was studying. But, when I visited the school, I didn't see her son there.

 

Finally, I sent Ryan to this present school, and so coincidently, she was there. She said she stopped sending her son to that school she recommended me before,because her son was not happy over there.

 

Then...we are friends....We both agree being moms are not easy..especially stay-home-mom. Because, everyone else thinks that if you stay home, you should produce prefect children....:)

 

 

 

 

Just feel so tired..Ryan has been coughing for the past 4 weeks or so. Visited doctors like 4 times or more....even tried chinese herbs...but...still coughing

 

Me too..having the same sore throat for weeks...feeling tired for weeks....maybe age is catching up.....

 

I blame this all to global warming........

 

What is wrong with this world..anyway..Is the world going to explode soon...the weather is mad crazy...

 

 

 

What a let down...thought of there will be no personal income tax this year due to the economy downturn......so that at least we hv some extra money to spend...!!!! But...income will still be taxed....

 

Anyway..what can we do ? Life goes on.....

 

Last night, Ryan still cough like mad, so I went to his school early to fetch him to see our usual Child Specialist Dr.Chan. Ryan's throat is bad...But the doctor said that at this point, still I dont have to worry about Asthma...So, I was abit relief.

 

Who knows..on the way home, suddenly he was itchy all over..at first, I thought it was some insect bites...or something. I quickly bought calamine lotion to rube on him. I thought it was ok...until after I gave him his medictaion  for his throat ( and he throw out all of them )......I saw that those itchy red spots earlier gone missing and some new ones appeared....

 

Then, I realised that he's having hives....

 

Poor Ryan...what happened to him ? Maybe he is too weak....I gave him a spoonful of Korean Ginsing's soup. and 2 hrs later, I gave him his allergy medication..I hope this will help....

 

I am really really worried and tired...but I cannot stand Ryan being sick ..I would rather I suffer, not him.

 

Ryan's has been coughing during his sleep at night, for the past 2 nights. I brought him to see doctor today. And I was so sad that they doctor told me that it could be early signs of asthma....THIS is SERIOUS !!!

 

I am thinking it could be due to his air conditioned school. Because before he attended school, he has no coughing problem. But after attending school...he has been having this problem ever since.

 

Sigh...worrying.
